2. This local preview

The current website is a local preview, not an active shop. Its checkout keeps entered contact and delivery details in the current page’s memory; it does not submit an order, process a payment or send those fields to a server. Reloading the page or restarting the checkout clears that checkout state. Please use the supplied example details rather than real customer data.

The preview loads its pictures, fonts and audio from local files. Offer deadlines and course-preview progress (completed lesson IDs and the last opened lesson) may be stored in your browser. Product selections can appear in the page URL and browser history. The Cookies & Browser Storage Policy lists this storage. The local web server may record requests to files.

No analytics or advertising tracker is configured in this version. External video providers are not enabled. Clicking an external link, sending email or choosing to open WhatsApp takes you to that provider, which handles information under its own policy.

3. Information for the planned shop

The following describes the intended order and support process. Actual service providers, processing locations and any required transfer arrangements must be confirmed before the live shop opens.

Fields identified as required are needed for the relevant order or service. Without them we may be unable to complete it. Optional information is your choice. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents by email or WhatsApp. Payment details must be entered only into the payment provider’s secure interface when the live checkout is available.

4. Reasons for processing and recipients

Where the GDPR applies, our bases are contractual necessity for purchases and requested support; legal obligations for accounting; legitimate interests in security and handling disputes, balanced against your rights; and consent where required for marketing or optional tracking. Purchasing does not itself consent to marketing.

Only people and service providers who need the information for those purposes should receive it. Planned categories include hosting, payment processing, fulfilment and delivery, transactional email and course delivery. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell personal information.

Before launch: the hosting, payment, fulfilment, email and membership providers have not yet been confirmed for this policy. No unconfirmed provider is described as an active processor.

5. Hong Kong and international processing

Our company is in Hong Kong. Contacting us may involve processing there, and future service providers may operate in other countries. Before regulated international transfers begin, we must identify the recipients, locations and applicable safeguards. We do not claim that transfer agreements or an EU representative have already been arranged. You can contact us for information about the arrangements that apply to your data.

6. Retention and protection

We retain information only for its purpose and applicable obligations: orders for fulfilment and after-sales support; access records for the access purchased; and correspondence for the enquiry or any related claim. Business records required under Hong Kong tax rules are retained for at least seven years. Other retention periods depend on the actual service and will be specified before launch where necessary.

Access to personal information should be limited to authorised people. The live service must use appropriate technical and organisational protections and suitable arrangements with service providers. No system can promise absolute security. Browser storage in the current preview remains until you clear it or it is replaced, as explained in our storage policy.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information. Where applicable, GDPR rights also include erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not use this preview to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Send requests to said@saidshiripour.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can also contact the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, or your competent data protection authority where applicable.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when the live services, data uses or providers change. The version date appears at the top of this page. Material changes requiring consent will not be treated as accepted merely because you continue browsing.
