These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights. A more generous guarantee expressly advertised with your purchase remains valid.

You do not have to prove an income result to use these guarantees. When a digital purchase is refunded, access and the associated licence end. Delete retained copies of the refunded training or package; this does not prevent you from keeping your own independently created work.

Statutory withdrawal for eligible consumers

Where EU distance-selling withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. For a book, the period starts when you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receives it. For a service or digital-content contract, it generally starts when the contract is concluded. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is enough.

We do not treat a purchase, download or playback alone as consent to lose this right. Any exception for immediate digital supply requires the separate steps prescribed by applicable law. This preview collects no such waiver. Other applicable mandatory rights, including rights if required information was missing, remain intact.

Refunds and returns

After a valid withdrawal or guarantee request, we refund the applicable amount without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method, and do not charge a refund fee.

For withdrawal from the book purchase, our offer waives the requirement to return the book and refunds the applicable book price and standard delivery charge paid (€3.95, €19.90 or €39.90 in total, as shown in your order). Do not post the book back. For a refunded digital product, access will end. Cancellation of one optional offer does not automatically cancel other purchases unless you ask to cancel those too and the relevant right applies.
